The New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC) is accepting public comments on Draft Amendment No. 2 to the 2025 Clean Water State Revolving Fund Intended Use Plan. The amendment updates various projects, including the allocation of certain project dollars.
The draft amendment is available on EFC’s website. Comments must be submitted in writing by May 9 to Máire Cunningham, Director of Program Management, New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation, 625 Broadway, Albany, New York 12207-2997 or iupcomments@efc.ny.gov.
ABOUT THE INTENDED USE PLAN
The Intended Use Plan is a document annually prepared by EFC to outline the planned use of the Clean Water State Revolving Fund. The Intended Use Plan acts as a roadmap for how EFC plans to allocate and use the fund to improve water quality and infrastructure in the state. The Clean Water State Revolving Fund supports projects that improve water quality, such as the construction of wastewater treatment facilities, stormwater management systems, or the rehabilitation of aging infrastructure.
